This site is a medium for me to post my electronic music, which I have been composing for the last 4 years. I have extensive training as a classical violinist, but my ear for making music is fundamentally Hip-Hop. Despite this fact, I have love for all kinds of music from pop to rock to soul to jazz. To me, good music is good music, and I will never hate on anything that appeals to these sensibilities. That said, my influences include DJ Premier, James Brown (R.I.P.), Daft Punk, the Mizell Brothers, J Dilla (R.I.P.), Prince Paul, the Foster Brothers, Galt MacDermot, RZA, RJD2, Grandmaster Flash, Mylo, Dan the Automator… The list goes on. I try to experiment with various styles and flavors (Pop, Hip-Hop, Electronica, etc.) as much as I can, so I will try to distinguish between them using different tags, which can each be isolated by clicking on a specific tag on the righthand side of the page. My main tools are the MPC-2500, ProTools, Ableton Live, a MacBook Pro, and my ears. I hope you all enjoy this labor of love.
